I have been in the BPO industry for quite a while and it helped me master the skill of providing brilliant customer service. Working in the customer service field gave me a broad range in servicing clients in every field, may it be with their financial account, or help with first base technical support or purely customer servicing needs. Understanding the root cause of the problem is the main key in resolving a customer's issue. I can handle basic MS applications like Word, a little excel but of course will not limit myself into mastering this application as it is one of the main tools needed in this industry. I can work
with minimum to zero supervision can deliver tasks on or before deadline. I believe that I will be a great addition to your exceptional team of talents geared with the skills that I have to help the company succeed. I have also recently worked for MYOUTDESK as a Virtual Assistant. I contact all kinds of leads to set appointments for my client who is a real estate agent/ broker. In the 10 months that I have been with 1 client, we have sold several homes and have helped numerous individuals into buying homes.
