10 years with exposure to multiple line of business like technical support, financial customer service, back office support for a legal software and stock market, market data analyst, for Thomson ONE and health advocacy. I started as an entry level technical support agent and worked my way to a leadership post. i am exposed to administrative tasks and report writing as part of my responsibilities and gained mastery overtime. I am eloquent in the English language and I am also part of a technical working group that is responsible for proposal writing when I worked for a non government organization that focuses on health particularly Tuberculosis.
