I started
as a customer service agent supporting one of the telecom company in US. After 2 years, I was transferred to a technical account supporting a known accounting software in US and Canada where I got promoted as a subject matter expert and eventually a team leader. Overall I spent 7 years working in one of the leading IT company in the industry.
I decided to transfer to another company, which is my recent employer, for a more challenging role and desirable salary. I was hired as a subject matter expert and process owner for an outsourced power company in UK. I was sent to the onshore site in UK and became part of the knowledge transfer to ensure my team is equipped with the tools, process and knowledge before the go live of my account. Eventually I got my role as a Technical Lead that primarily speaks with account delivery managers and clients for any updates about the process including weekly meeting and reviews. I am also involved in continuous service improvement in the various KPI's and SLA's that needs urgent attention. This requires expertise in analytics and my ability to come up with a realistic and attainable action plans that would drive efficiency of the project and that would show positive results by the end of the program.
