I have been in the call center industry for more than 3 years now and have handled different accounts. All US based account.
I am experienced appointment setter either business to business or business to consumer. I had handled some insurance accounts like farmers, allstate and statefarm. Aside from insurance account I also handled financial account, medical account and merchant account. I am computer literate and can do office work. I have modulated voice that can sound like a girl and this is one of my advantages from the others because I believe that it's easier to please customer if you are a girl.
