Profile Description

I've been working since 1996. I have had several working experiences from different companies. i started working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in one of the biggest fast food chain world wide. I also worked as
a hotel nurse in one of the 5 star hotels in the country, then later on became a Company Nurse
in a Japanese manufacturing company here in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. I have also worked outside the country as a hotel nurse and as a Medical Claims Administrator/helpline Agent in a third party administrator for a Medical Insurance company in Dubai. I also have experienced
working in a Business Process Outsourcing
industry as a Customer Service Representative for more than a year.
I am patient, persistent, honest and
hardworking. I can work with less supervision and i am a
goal oriented individual.
I have a knowledge in computer, word, excel, Power Point. I am good in dealing people as i have experienced working in a fast food chain and also working in a BPO as a customer service representative.
