Profile Description

I have been Program Director for a non-profit organization for the past four years. This has given me considerable experience in project development, implementation, and evaluation. I have a keen attention to detail and am very organized, which makes me a very efficient and reliable worker. I also have supervisory experience as a Program Director. I have experience training, supervising, and evaluating the performance of staff and interns. Having worked as Project Officer for another non-profit organization, I have expertise in all aspects of project implementation—administrative and otherwise.
I was a Psychology and Communication Skills instructor to freshmen college students for three years. I have also held part time positions as thesis and book editor, English tutor to high school students and foreign missionaries in the Philippines wanting to learn English as a second language, and trainor for various faith-based training programs. I have great English communication skills, both written and verbal. I have a wealth of experience in teaching and writing—academic writing as well as creative writing.
