I have quite a long experience working as an outbound call center agent in DRM (DATA RESOURCE MANAGEMENT), and continued in A7 TECH DATA CENTER also as a call center agent. I have skills specifically in interacting with clients/outside parties by phone to make appointments, collect information or conduct a follow-up call. I also worked on different websites online making surveys and evaluations.
I will try and give my best to take part with the success of your company. However, i wanted to have a permanent and stable job.
