Profile Description

I took four (4) months ON-THE-JOB TRAINING (Practicum) at Philippine National Bank Session Branch in 2002. I was assigned at the Accounting Department where I sorted, filed and validated daily savings accounts transaction as well as validated daily SSS collection payments. After graduation, I worked as a Store Personnel and Cashier at Video One Home Entertainment Network, Inc. for one (1) year. I was responsible for accounting payments and changes as well as telemarketing. I assisted customers too and have been able to developed good relationship.
In 2004, I worked for one (1) year in Tinian (USA territory, Northern Marianas Island) as a Poker Attendant and Cashier. I assisted patrons of amusement facility, performed minor repair on game machines, explained and exchanged cash to coins, checked/verified customers account records, maintained an accurate count of all monies, reconciled daily summaries of transactions to balance cash drawer, and Cash-out for coins, cash checks (personal, payroll and traveler’s) for customers.
While seeking for a new job, I worked part-time at the internet Café (Family business) for almost a year. I assisted customers on basic tutorial on computer application especially MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet application as well as encoding. I have been responsible in handling cash and bookkeeping and other business concern.
In November 2006, I trained as a Food Processor in Dasmariñas, Cavite, sponsored by Mofel’s Food International Corporation. In line with this, I attended seminar, training, and hands-on on Good Manufacturing Practices, Occupational Health and Safety, 5S and Basic First Aid.
My career as admin staff started in 2007 of February and ended on September 2011 when the company has been affected by the downturn in the mining industry. I was hired by an Australian based-company, Anvil Mining Ltd as Executive Secretary for a year. Later, i have been promoted as Administrative Accounts Officer when another Australian based company (Indophil Resources NL)
took over Anvil Mining Ltd. During my employment, I assisted the Project Manager and senior management staff in efficiently carrying out their functions. I kept all pertinent Company documents and maintained confidential records and information including implementation of the Document Management System (DMS) (keep and update 201 files for all employees, company vehicle information and other transaction). I have been responsible for logistical and travel requirements/arrangements including itineraries and accommodations of Company expatriates and Manila personnel. I liaised with contractors (DrillCorp and Mcphar) in monitoring drilling/UG invoices and assay laboratory invoices, checking invoices, and organizing necessary approvals for payments
and with various suppliers/creditors with regards to procurement, payment processes of supplier’s invoice, supplier’s agreement, etc.(telecommunication, construction, office supplies, fuel, vehicle maintenance, etc.). I maintained and updated ASSET Inventory Record and contract register (all items costing US$ 200 (PhP 9,000) or more having an expected life of more than 12 months). Other than those jobs mentioned, i also took some HR duties such as:
• prepare and update monthly manhours and monthly leave credits of All employees
• monitor vehicle maintenance /repair and other requirements
• Prepare employment contract and manage hiring and recruitment of new employees
• Supervise all employees under administrative department (admin assistant, drivers, cook, etc.)
• Resolve employee grievances
• Prepare internal Memo and outgoing communications
• Prepares monthly administrative report
On the other hand, my financial and accounting job includes the following:
• prepare checks for payments to creditors, government remittances/obligations
• prepare payroll for monthly and daily paid employees and salary reconciliation
• prepare monthly cash call
• prepare monthly financial report
• prepare quarterly revitalize financial report
• prepare government remittances attachment for payment and lodgement of government forms with
necessary authorities
• prepare and reconcile petty cash
• weekly cash position and book and bank balance update
Since last three (3) months of 2011 until early this year 2014, I have been working as Administrative Manager and Consultant as well in a mapping and exploration companies particularly in Masbate.
