Profile Description

I have been working on a Manufacturing Company for 14 years now.
With this length of experience, I had the opportunity to perform/be part of different functions/sections.

I was part of Quality Assurance Section which I started to develop my analytical skills since we are in charge of investigating customer complains. in addition, I was able to learn to coordinate with different sections and companies since I was given the chance to start up Sub-con.

I also became part of Production Section and became Supervisor.
With this, I experienced and was challenged to manage People. I had to deal with different kinds of behavior.
My planning skills was also started to put into test as I was assigned to do Capability tables and manage 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Materials).

Currently I am handling Training Section.
This task gave me the challenge to setup/change the function of the organization.
This helped me enhance my planning skills.

Also, I am in charge of Warehouse Section.
On this organization, I was able to improve my knowledge in using Excel Application, & database management.

With this journey, I was able to improve also my Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Coordination/Communication skills both in written and verbal.
