I was a call center agent and I worked in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for more than 3 years. This is where I honed my skill in communication particularly in English. Both oral and written. My job was mainly focused on customer service on the phone, sometimes via email.
I have knowledge in MS office and different data entry programs. According to typingtest.com my typing speed is above average, 46 wpm. I have very good phone handling skills plus experience in chat, email support and back office.
I am currently a full time mother because my son's sitter had to take care of her own grandchild. Parenting is a skill too so I will add it in here. I have read a lot of articles about good parenting. If there will be an online job that needs the skill of a good parent I can also be of help.
