Profile Description

I graduated as a Practical nurse. I applied for a Nursing assistant position at Roxas District Hospital in the of Mindoro, Town of Roxas. I was a volunteer for almost four months, before I was absorbed in the Casual plantilla offered by the provincial government. The stay there was great. I meet a lot of different personalities, Good and bad ones. I have learned to love my job, taking care of patients at different shift every 3 days. What i enjoy most is the Smiles of the patients every morning after my rounds. I always make it a point to talk to patients whenever I can. When or in the middle of a procedure I laugh, crack jokes, and comfort them as much as I could. All I know is sometimes if the medicines don't work, your therapeutic communication can at least minimize the pain or alleviate the stress from the patients. Then came a point that I have to make a choice for my family, because of low compensation, I was forced to make my decision to resign.
