Profile Description
My previous job as a call center agent has made me more confident in my communication skills. Being an agent for several years have built my leadership skills as well. I took supervisory/escalation calls from transferred (tier 1) calls. Also, the retention department is a challenge as a customer service representative. We dealt with almost impossible demands from customers. Aside from these, I am pretty much good working with computer as it was my partner in doing my job. I am currently teaching the English language to foreign nationals online.
