Profile Description

I took up Mass Communication Technology and was awarded a gold medal for academic excellence. I've rendered my on-the-job training in one of the national television/radio station in the Philippines. I used to be an editor-in-chief when I was in high school and during my college days. I also received President G.M Arroyo Journalist of the Year Award for continually participating in schools press conferences.
Two weeks after college graduation, I got my first job. I worked as a customer service representative in one of the known business processing outsourcing companies worldwide. I handled a telecommunications account based in the U.S. I also worked for a non-voice BPO as a quality control agent, editing and sending back text translations of voice mails throughout Australia and Canada.
