I've been working in a call center for almost 7 years and have an advance skills in technical problems. I provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include,
resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Also i have worked in making websites for almost 8 months. I can work in a minimal supervision and can do multi-tasking if required. I want to work as a part time.
