As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, I help my boss to stay organized, get more listings and close more deals. By managing his business as a realtor, I help him manage his daily schedule like searching for new leads and prospects and making sure the buyer and seller get satisfied with our services. I help him increase his productivity where I am taking care his emails, calendar, screening incoming calls, and set an appointment. Am also helping him improve his quality work as I am organizing the listings of contacts, clients, and properties and inputting data into CRM. Helping him improve his sales conversion by doing lead generation through calling up home owners who are in foreclosure and asking if they have a realtor and home renters who are interested to get a home. Overall, I am helping to lower his stress.
