Profile Description

I am currently a Freelance Writer working for different niches. I was previous employed at Mobinweb, where I worked mainly on content creation for different website designs and platforms. Since multitasking is a must in the United Arab Emirates, most office works such as emails, documentations, filing, and more have been my scope too. I have also handled software sales and marketing as well as leading the sales team in driving more profitable strategies and trending ideas.

I also ventured into Call Center Industry before Mobinweb where I was first assigned as Customer Service Representative at Teletech Holdings Inc. I handled all the basic account and mobile queries of customers who use T-Mobile services in the US. After a year, I was upgraded to Device General Representative Tier II where I managed basic and advanced mobile troubleshooting. I have learned leverage matters in this industry and you must be able to convert service that sells.

My passion for Writing lives within so when I got the chance to make a pivotal career switch, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to pursue what my heart burns. I have written blogs under different aliases or ghostwriting for travel and leisure companies. I had worked as a Content Creator for an E-Commerce company that deals with Vegan products.
