I have 23 years of working experience, I have honed the following skill sets:
Setting and following
up appointments.
. I can properly answer and screen phone calls.
I am multitasker, I manage my time very well . I know how to prioritize the activities for the day and managed productivity and deadlines. In addition, I plan and manage schedules.
.. Coordinate and update schedule of meetings/conferences. I also plan and coordinate travel arrangements
To compliment that, my other skills are:
1st - Computer skills- I am proficient in the use of computer and computer software like Microsoft word, PowerPoint and excel. Moreover,
I am adept in navigating the web and the social networking s like Skype, Facebook, etc. Prepare and organize reports, letters.
In my last capacity as a customer service/training assistant for Talent 2, I provided assistance and guidance to our student remotely through the web using Skype, Gmail, Outlook and remote desktop.
2nd - Communication- I would like to think that I have an inherent skill in communication (being a graduate of Mass Communication) I have no problem in getting my message across either verbally and in writing. Likewise, I can easily built rapport with different types of individuals or groups, so I see to it that I talk in clear and concise sentences.
I believe this stems from effectively listening and being sensitive to needs of others.
3rd - Interpersonal Skills-
Being naturally friendly,
my interpersonal skills comes very natural for me. I can easily develop good relationships with others whether they are my superiors, clients, colleagues or subordinates. I have a knack at persuading others.
4th - Teamwork- is another skill I have developed through the years.
I can work effectively with different types of people. I recognize the importance of my role in the team as well respect the roles of the other members of the team.
5th - Organizing skill- I am a pretty organize person. Even though I worked with a fast paced environment, I see to it that I stay organized and to manage time.
I like setting clear objectives and planning ahead of time activities and resources in order to achieve given goal. Moreover, I can identify priorities and able to co-ordinate these priorities with others.
