I am a Customer Service Representative/Inbound Sales Representative from my previous job. I enjoyed my job as a Customer representative because I'd be able to help other people from their problems. I'd be able to solve problems with or without the supervision of my superiors. Being a Customer Service representative is really a challenging job. I do like talking to people and help them or make them feel they are taking good care of.
