Hi my name is Jemelle, I am 33 years old and I am a graduate in associate in computer technology back in 2001 i previously worked as a Lead customer service representative , for 2 years i started as an agent and got promoted after 8 months , part of my job is to take in phone calls, specially escalated calls, I am also responsible in evaluating agents, I update
trackers such as team status, individual status, break and coaching schedules, I create up-trainings for the agents to improve their product knowledge, I also provide one on one coaching session with the agent to improve their QA evaluation

where i develop an important skill such as working with customer in a fast face
environment.. my biggest strength is the ability to communicate by this i mean listening effectively to the needs of the customers to ensure that I am providing them the right information that will resolve there issue, my second biggest strength is my ability to sell and hit target i enjoy working under pressure and learning about new products in achieving measurable goals.
I received a lot of recognition during my stay with this company such as best associate in 2009, no.1 lead customer representative for the second quarter back in 2010 and all star quiz bee champion for product knowledge in 2010 as well.
I also used to work in a web design and resume writing company were i handled web sales for 9 months.
I also attended different trainings and seminars to improve my skills in customer handling one is back in 2005

the customer mania plus its about sales building and customer focus, another is in 2007 at Call Center Academy were i study about Intensive English Communication, Customer Service, Sales & Telemarketing and American Culture & Geography in 2009 I attended the Get Real Training, this training is about how to evaluate calls base on company standards
I am very proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows and Excel, base on my job experiences and skills i am very confident that i will be able to do any customer service
