I gather enough data, but I don’t get too bogged down in it. I find the essence of a problem. I take into account all of the moving parts. When I look for patterns, I assess whether it’s something I've seen in my past experience. But I don’t get caught up with surface similarities. Subtle differences will lead me to take a new course of action—one that I haven’t tried in the past. Once I land on a decision, I am aware of the risk but confident that my approach has the best chance for success.
