Profile Description

I worked as a Staff Assistant for the Government Service Insurance System for more than six years, providing administrative support to my superiors and customer service to our clients. My tasks include:
1 . Consolidating and finalizing reports to be submitted to our main office.
2. Drafting collection letters for deficit claims with GSIS.
3. Answering client queries or concerns thru telephone calls or emails.
4. Preparation of transmittals of records for storage and
5. Preparation of transmittals of claim vouchers for mailing.
6. Extraction of data for reports using SAP application.
I have knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint. I use Excel for our reports, as well as making databases that will be used for mail merging for letters / email to be sent to our members. I use Word for the letters and Powerpoint for presenting our new loan packages. Same goes for Google Apps like, Sheets, Docs, Slides and of course Gmail.
My average typing speed is 50 wpm with 99?curacy as per ---------- . I also know how to use Canva, I already made logos, presentations and photo edits used for local ads.
