Profile Description

I have about 22 years of work experience here in the Philippines and abroad.  

I lived and worked in Dubai for an automotive company that has a local call center, as an Operations Officer, handled customer complaints, surveys for customer feedback, did data entry, research, among other related jobs.  I also co-managed an office based online English tutorial for a Korean company for 2 years where I trained aspiring online English tutors and also taught the English language to Koreans and Chinese nationals.  

I have been a virtual assistant for 8 years now, working with various online employers both full time and part time. 

I worked as a a Head VA for an Amazon seller and coach for 5 years under the UK Amazon marketplace and 3 years with the US Amazon workplace using AZInsight and Tactical Arbitrage aside from doing manual and reverse research plus storefront stalking, worked as a procurement coordinator, deal checker, worked as an Amazon product researcher where I used system tools like Tactical Arbitrage, Jungle Scout, Revseller, Inventory Lab, SellerAmps, FBA Wizard Pro, Helium10, OAXray, AZInsight.  I searched products from online stores like Tesco, Cultbeauty, iHerb Uk, Argos, Dunelm, for the US OA -- Walmart, Bonton, Ulta, Target, Boscovs, Nordstromrack, Vitamineshoppe, iHerb and more.  I checked items against a set criteria like ROI, Net profit, Keepa history, reviews and #of sellers and then I fill out the shared spreadsheet for evaluation.  I am also familiar with Seller Central Dashboard, upload products manually or via upload, familiar with Shopify, track shipments, order fulfillment, inventory management. 

I also worked as a live chat support representative, attending to customer inquiries via live chat and email support, worked with lead generation via LinkedIn.  With this, I was able to develop the skills necessary for a virtual assistant like data entry, data research, amazon researcher, blog posting via WordPress, a bit of photo editing, live chat support, customer service, lead generation, email correspondence/support and more.  I am knowledgeable in the MS Office applications, Google Docs and Drive.I am hardworking, dedicated to work, deadline conscious and a fast learner with minimum supervision.  I can handle tasks even when the instructions given via email.  

I want to have a long term job where I can also utilize my time and develop more the skills that I have at the same time contribute to the success of the company and grow with it.  I am not your perfect VA but I am capable of making the job done.
