I am a full time mother working as a bookkeeper in a copra buyer company in Mindanao, Philippines. I can write,
speak English, Filipino . I am also a part time tutor in elementary students. I love to work on line job if you are willing to hire me. As a bookkeeper
my job include making financial reports, posting information related to their business, monitoring about the prices, take all reasonable discounts, purchase as authorized by the management.
I am also capable of monitoring in office supply and reorder if necessary, pay supplier invoices in a timely manner, Issue invoices to customers. Ensure that receivables are collected promptly. Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements every year. Pay any debt as it comes due for payment. I also process payroll in a timely manner.
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested by the company. Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management.
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system,
the chart of accounts,
and
the annual budget. And
a lot more especially related to office work and management.
