I have worked with various Call Centers since 2007.
My biggest call center that I landed on was with Stream Global Services.
I handled Wireless Technical support, in which we troubleshoot computers (more on laptops) to narrow down the problem. If it's software issue then the last thing that we do is OS-Reinstallation.
If it's a hardware problem then we send out parts or if needed, we send out field technicians as well to replace parts of the computer.
In this connection, part of our task as a Call Center Representative is to jot down notes to everything that has been done all throughout the call. So, Data Entry is part of our job in each and every call.
I have also worked previously in the Food Industry during my younger years. Freemont Food Corporation particularly Jollibee, in which I was part of the Managerial team. Aside from the day-to-day operations like: crew management, handling customer complains, daily ordering, etc., We also do reports before our shift ends this is to ensure that each daily sales, expenses, loss are accounted for. This reports is commonly called P&L-Profit and Loss in Accounting.
