Profile Description

• Works with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching.
• Filters and "clean" the data to remove errors and ensure consistency.
• Determine the source of the data and design the appropriate list or summary.
• Troubleshoots real time market data feeds and execute root cause analysis
• Performs any manual procedures required to process specific feeds prior to delivery to business teams
• Works with feed suppliers to troubleshoot feed issues, and augment existing feeds to meet changing business requirements.
Feed issues may include missing or erroneous data at the member level.
• Document current procedures and works with available resources to automate procedures to the highest degree possible
• Administering the process required to bring new clients into new and existing feeds, and move clients to different carrier feeds as needed
• Work with operations on plan designs as needed in support of feeds
