She previously served as the Lead Technical Secretariat and Point of Contact (POC) of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) for the Philippines for several years. The OGP is a global initiative that promotes transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in governance. As POC, she has closely worked with high level government officials and key leaders from non-government organizations (i.e. civil society, academe, business groups, etc) to push forward game-changing governance reforms in the country. As the Lead Technical Secretariat of the PH-OGP, she has also taken a lead role in the conduct of all activities related to the development and implementation of Philippine OGP National Action Plans and the Philippine government's Participatory Governance Cluster of the Cabinet (PGC) Performance and Projects RoadmapUpgrade to see actual info.

She has also worked on promoting public financial management reforms, especially on the implementation and monitoring of fiscal transparency reforms in the public sector, as lead technical secretariat of the DBM Fiscal Openness Working Group.
