My name is Rachelle Lynn Lacson, from the Philippines and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Management-Accounting. I've been working online for almost 5 years now to several clients as Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, Web Researcher, Content Moderator and Admin Assistant. In a corporate world, I used to work in Dubai as Executive Assistant to the General Manager for almost 4 years.
My duties as Virtual Assistant involved more on encoding of sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparing invoices using Harvest, Ebay and Amazon management by checking customers' order status, product listing, web research, appointment setting and remind the client for important meetings, monitor the progress of each project thru Basecamp, coordinate with other contractors as needed and other admin tasks. I believed that my previous experience I will be an asset to your company.
I am very proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Knowledge in
Prestashop, Wordpress, Hootsuite, BaseCamp, Harvest, GoogleDocs, Gotomeeting, CRM, Ebay and Amazon. I'm very reliable and always make sure to meet deadlines. Well-organize with high level of efficiency and accuracy.
