Profile Description

I have been working from home for over 3 years now. I recently worked as a data specialist for a large Australian SEO company, wherein I do data entry, email management, directory submission, ranking checks, data edits and citations in Google Places and online directories. Right now, I am working as a part time Virtual Assistant for a different AU client. I am tasked to handle his emails, book appointments, hotel reservations and flight schedules, manage his calendar and meetings, research important information both for his personal and professional needs and some admin task such as sorting information in excel and creating spreadsheets in Google docs. I am confident that I can efficiently work on your project since I have extensive experience doing administrative, data entry, research and reporting works. Likewise in Customer Service, Sales, Telemarketing, Retention, Recruitment, Email, People Management and Lead Generation. I am also adept in using MS office applications, Google docs, Wordpress, Freshbooks, Zoho- CRM, Zoho-Support, Fusedesk, CRM- Infusionsoft and Wavepad sound editor. I have keen eye to details and strong organizational skills not to mention my excellent communication skills. Furthermore, I work with integrity and in a timely manner.
