I have worked as a customer service representative for a bank that caters to clients located in the western part of America. We provide them the status of their accounts (active,open,closed), inform them of their balance, as well as charges or payments that came through. We also notate debit cards for travels, close their accounts, do funds transfers and make minor changes or updates(changing their contact info., address).
