Profile Description

I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
I became a service crew in a well known Fast food in the Philippines for a year.
I then applied as a customer service representative in a BPO company for 7 months after they noticed my skills in providing excellent customer service representative I was promoted for the technical Trainer post the job was about becoming a good teacher. i trained my trainees for a month about or product, the quality guidelines the technical steps they need to know then I compute their grades at the end of the class and endorsed them to production floor.
I have been on the said post for 6
months when they promoted me again on the operations supervisor post the job was mainly about my leadership skills, how I managed my team how I encourage them to perform and to become one of the top teams in the company. I was on the said position for 3 years.
