My name’s Upgrade to see actual info and I am an experienced Chat & Email Support Specialist. I have over 6 years of experience in the BPO industry and I'm currently working for an E-Commerce account based in the US. I am proficient in office tools (Google/Microsoft), Zendesk, Shopify, BigCommerce, Asana & Slack. Some of the tasks I do include the following:

• Handling customer tickets via chat and email
• Communicating with vendors regarding any product related concerns, listing errors, fulfillment issues, customer requests, and exchanges
• Handling of returns (change of minds or DOA)
• Issuing refunds
• Reporting disputes and DNR claims to the Ops Director
• Updating ticket trackers on the daily basis
