Over the last decade, I have developed my character as a Customer service oriented Upgrade to see actual info has always been my perception that offering the benefits sell always since people are able to find value on what you offer.
I have all your necessary requirements. I have USA number capable of inbound and outbound calls.
I am proficient
with Microsoft Office, Google (Search, Keyword Tool, and I am available on Skype (Upgrade to see actual infoUpgrade to see actual info) . I am also proficient with WordPress, keyword analysis, SEO knowledge (link building, profile creation and article marketing).
I have been a VA since 2010 for different US and California business owners, real estate investors and agents. I also have an extensive call center training for both customer service, technical support and sales from 2006 to 2010.
I also have almost a year experience as a Realtor-VA for a real estate broker in Canada, San Francisco and Utah. I do CMA, manage listing, posting of ads, set showing appointments and follow up past and current clients. More so I have a good exposure on real estate : BPO/CMA, CRM like Infusionsoft, salesforce, zoho, base camp, high rise, Portals like top producer, Listing like MLS, Trulia, Craigslist, sendoutcards and Closing like fsbo, managing (turn on/off) utilities and agent-buyer/seller appointment setting.
And in a year's experience as a SEO-VA, i am able to management website as i develop it to rank on search engines through article and keyword marketing or research, blogging, link building and link wheels, and social bookmarking.
I have my own voip for calls with unlimited calls to US and Canada.
I also have experienced telemarketing and administrative works.
