I worked before as a graphic artist, we designed tarpaulins, posters, invitation cards, calling cards, customized gifts like mugs,tumblers,t-shirts and etc. I use adobe photoshop in designing.
I was also a data encoder when I was a working-student, we sell event-tickets online. After that, I decided to work as a call center agent as Technical Representative in 2016. After a year got promoted to a different task , more on data typing and using alot of tools (msexcel,msword,billings and etc.)to resolve customer's issue. My typing speed is 35 to 45 wpm.I worked in BPO for 5 years.
Currently I am working in an ITO company as a Technical Helpdesk Analyst for more than 3 years.
I am a dedicated person, whatever i do i will make sure to focus on my job always. Work with very good performance and quality.Work efficiently to my daily tasks.I will make sure to have my employer be satisfied in my job.Applying my skills from job experiences and to enhance what i already have.
