I am Armin Jade Atienza from the Philippines. I'm 22 years old. I'm an undergraduate. I have only finished 3 years in college at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I took B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics. I have Call center experiences. I worked with ePerformax Contact Center and handled eBay North America since 2010,then left the company last 2011. Then I have applied again and worked with Convergys. I worked with there from August 2011 to December 2011 and handled AT&T Business Care. After that, ePerformax had contacted me and asked me to be part of the company again, so I decided to go back. I started my training again last July 2012.
I handled the same account which is eBay North America. I have been a consistent top performer since then. I have exceeded client's expectations. I was also able to talk with the clients personally and have provided thoughts on how to improve our service. I then decided to leave the company last November 2013. After I left the company, I decided to work at home. I have been an appointment setter of First LA Media Company that helps Bankers Life and Casualty to get employees. Together with that job, I also worked with a Japanese businessman and an American businesswoman on their eBay business. I basically did everything for them, from listing their items, managing their inventories, answering buyer's questions and completing every transaction.
As a person, I am very hardworking and fast-learner. I am very competitive. I am also good at multi-tasking. I'm always making sure to give my best on everything I do. I also know what my goal is, and i just know how to get it. I am a results oriented person and I have a positive attitude towards work.
