I am very proficient in written and spoken English.
And since working with several call center here in the Philippines, I have been exposed to customers in the US and I'm fully trained in giving the highest quality of customer service. I am proficient with the use of computers and different applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) as well as navigating around the internet, as all my jobs have given me exposure to this.
My typing speed is 40+/- WPM. At the moment, I am working from home as a Web Chat/Email Specialist.
