Profile Description

My first foray into handling computers, I was in charge of network and hardware support for upwards of thirty to forty computers for a mid-size computer hub here in the Philippines. I was mainly in charge of troubleshooting networking issues, OS installation and updates, file and data recovery, and general installation of applications.
My second work with computers was in 2009, when I worked for an offshore outsourcing company that specializes in resolving technical issues and implementing technical enhancements. Currently, I am a shift manager for another outsourcing company in the same industry, and I am now in charge of escalations for technical issues, with specialization in resolving Tier 2 tickets (issues unresolved by first-line agents).
On top of the above, I am highly fluent in English, knows the ins and outs of an office setting, promotes dynamic in a team, and is very able to cope, adapt, and learn with the various methods, media, and processes that is possibly absent in my current setting.
I am confident that, given the chance, I can handle said position if a vacancy is
available.
