I've done a lot of Administrative support functions with my previous employers. With The German Club, Inc. I was an Executive Secretary. I coordinated with various departments in setting up the restaurant's week-long menu; informed the members via fax and e-mail the club's news update, activities for the month and menu for the week.
I also recorded what has been discussed in the Board Meeting through a Board Resolution document. My second employment was with De La Salle University Graduate School of Business as a Faculty Secretary. My duties and responsibilities included Updating the Faculty Plantilla, assisted the Faculty members with the reservation of classrooms and conference rooms, ensured that class schedules are confirmed and followed, updated Faculty records (201 File and list of students). I have gained knowledge and experience mostly in clerical activities, support not only for the Faculty Members but also for colleagues who needed further assistance with the volume of students, assistance with the enrollment and inventory of office supplies. My third employment with Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) as a Loan Documentations Assistant. The scope of my duties included review and processing
the clients' submitted credit documents for evaluation of its legal validity and sufficiency for a credit loan application, data encoding to LDMS System, outstanding balance monitoring from Central Liability Ledger System, submission of monthly reports regarding client's deposits as collateral (Special Time Deposit, Savings Account and Retail Treasury Bonds). I have gained knowledge from the different transactions that I handled, particularly on the requirements and policies of the bank for loan applications. This also includes using the bank's LDMS (Legal Documentation Monitoring System)- data encoding of the submitted documents by the clients, Central Liability Ledger - balance monitoring of the client's bank accounts.
I have also experienced coordinating with the Account Officers, Marketing Assistants, and other concerned departments that would ensure the smooth flow of the client's transactions. My last employment was with Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) as a Reservations Agent.
My duties include booking of hotel room reservations for leisure and business purposes of various travelers, I have assisted travelers in locating the nearest IHG hotel that would suit their needs (budget & facilities) for their stay, enrollment of Non-members to Priority Club membership, offering services from Hertz and Holiday Inn Club Vacations and data encoding on the company's systems: IRIS & CEM
I have gained knowledge on different backgrounds of hotels handled by IHG and what they can offer to hotel guests, American lifestyles as travelers, location of the most suitable hotel for our guests using google maps and the IHG website.
I have also experienced meeting and encountering different kinds of people and how to deal with them.
You should hire me because with the skills that I have learned and best practices that I have observed, not only will you make a standard out of me.
I can be the standard for your business.
