My first work experience was in an NGO (non-government office) PBSP -
I was hired as the training coordinator for Microsoft Philippines' Partners in Learning program. I was in-charge of the training materials for secondary teachers to be trained by representatives from different universities in the Philippines. Then I tried working in the call center industry for 7 years now which equipped me to master my communications on both verbal and writing. I started as a technical support representative during my first 3 years then the remaining 4 years were all related to customer service.
