I started my career in the BPO industry as a call center agent in May 2006, doing inbound customer service calls and some order line accounts. When my regularization came, I got promoted as a call center supervisor for a customer service account and was handling about 25 - 29 agents in a year. Most of my workloads included taking sup calls and extending assistance to agents; from their calls to work performances, from their timekeeping logs to work ethics. Since I was the closer sup, I was tasked with the customer escalations and daily account productivity reports, and it included managing files in our database.
I transferred to the transcription field in 2008 and was transcribing medical files for about 4 months when management saw my potential and was promoted as an admin staff for the medical transcription services handling document and video file download and upload and submitting internal reports and outputs to clients.
I transitioned to US timezone shift 2010 carrying my call center experience, medical transcription and being in the admin staff that backed me up to get my first office-based virtual assistant job. During these years, I have gained additional knowledge and skills with the social networking, data entry, training, link building, social media, MS PowerPoint, WordPress, content writing, MS Office, Photo editing, and appointment setting to name a few.
I have this huge enthusiasm in learning and acquiring as many skills while my brain neurons can still transmit impulses all throughout my functional appendages systematically materializing worthwhile improvements.
I am able to work with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner with a high level of maturity and confidentiality. I have been found responsible, logical, well-focus with all of the clients I’ve handled and I can say that I am. I am a team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
“I can find little blocks of time to focus so we can scale this business.”
