1. Assists in the implementation of all HR related functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluation, salary & wage administration, employee welfare & benefits and others;
2. Monitors work activities of all HR-personnel’s Driver, Canvasser/Purchaser, and other agency personnel such as Security Guard, and Canteen Concessionaires;
3. Maintains HR information system, records and file management such as 201 files for all regular and contractual employees;
4. Assists in the issuance of clearance on the reportorial and physical inspection requirements of all government agencies on matters related to DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF and community relations among others in the plant level;
5. Coordinates, monitors and provides feedback on the performance of retainers for contracted services;
6. Performs related clerical tasks on Personnel Hiring, Placement of Personnel, Resignations, Performance Evaluation Summary, Clearances, HR Reports and Monthly Manpower Loading
7. Maintains discipline, observes safety and good housekeeping practices.
