I have an experience in Title Search Account for more than four years. I was a Title Examiner/Researcher in one of the leading US Title Insurance Companies under First American Title Insurance. I reviewed, typed, examined, re-proof and emailed Real Estate properties in the U.S of housing different systems. I examine d all the documents gathered such as: Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, Foreclosures, Judgments, Court Cases, Probate, easements, plat maps, different contracts, agreement, Divorce and other suspicious Documents.I do prepare the final Title Report such as commitment, Junior Loan Policy, Litigation, RPIR and even update report which is error free and can sent directly to the client.
