I've worked as a 411/Directory Assistance Representative for a year. Handling calls for telephone numbers and listings is my main task. We also handled call transfers for technical difficulties. Working as a Call-Center Representative for one of the Financial Institutions in US for 3 and a half years. Call handing for both Inbound and Outbound calls is one of my main tasks. Here we do multitasking because we need to read state laws before disclosing any information we have on file. Another one is that, I've also had an experience with Email Technical Support and Chat Support. One of our Merchants needed a Team who can do so and I was one of them. I find it easy but must be attentive with the details, because, still state laws are required to be disclosed.
