Profile Description
As a Loans Officer in a Real Estate Company, I am in-charge with processing our client's housing loan applications. Sorting of documents and filing them accordingly is my basic responsibility. I am also in-charge of presenting our products to prospect buyers, explaining to them everything about their loan, giving them quotations. It is my job also to tour them within project sites and guiding prospect buyers in what kind of Financial Institutions do they fit in. It is my responsibility also to assess every client with their capabilities in acquiring real estate properties.
