Amidst waiting to finish two more terms in college, I was able to get note-worthy experiences from top companies in the country. For the sake of getting a feel of the Human Resource field, I applied and became an intern for Smart Communications Inc., one of the leading telecommunications company. My biggest task there was to create a curriculum for the incoming interns and to present it to the whole recruitment team. Also, to fulfill an academic requirement, I applied for another internship and got accepted in the 6th Ayala Group Summer Internship Program where I represented Honda Cars Makati Inc., a part of the Ayala group of companies. I was placed under the supervision of the HR manager, who assigned to me, projects that dealt with HR operations. On top of my exposure in Human Resources (focusing in recruitment and operations), I've been immersed in the customer service industry for a year under IBM and Genpact, catering to American accounts for both companies.
