Profile Description

I have been working since I graduated with a degree in BS Tourism in 1999.
I have knowledge and
experience in the fields of corporate sales and marketing, customer service, events management and administrative support.
My most previous employment was as Administrative Officer providing support to the operations department of a food and beverage establishment. I was given the responsibility of sourcing out suppliers and forwarding them to the purchasing department. I was also in charge of facilitating the processing of permits and licenses and compliance to monthly government- mandated payments. Aside from that, receiving of delivery receipts, preparing them for disbursement and forwarding them to accounting department were also among my daily paper works. I was also given the responsibility of checking sales reports and inventory on a daily basis. Furthermore, I was also in charge of screening out and conducting initial interviews to job applicants.
I have gained experience and knowledge in client acquisition, database management, product/ project presentations, negotiating and closing sales and writing proposal and marketing letters. I am proficient with use of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I am well- versed with the use of Internet for research and communications (e-mail and social networking).
