Profile Description

I am currently working for a Home based outsourced Company and have been with the Company for more than 6 months and is currently assigned in taking orders for one of the largest fast food chain in the US.
My past employment
was handling Customer Service operation in one of America’s biggest Credit Bureau, which I have been connected with for more than
3 years.
The scope of work I handled, was, from financial analysis of credit reparation, identity theft protection, coordinating with banks and creditors on how to rehabilitate the credit scores of those who has been victims of identity theft and fraudulent charges.
The most crucial part my job description then was explaining to customers who has been victims of identity theft, fraud or had filed bankruptcy, since they are emotionally fragile and they need to be assured that I as a customer service representative, will be working on their concern and at the same time explain to them what needs to be done despite the delicate situation they are in and by providing them information in a way that despite how sensitive some topics are, it is conveyed to them in a manner best understood by them.
With crucial tasks and sensitive information, particularly financial information, I was in-charged for its safekeeping, I can ascertain that I can work with minimal supervision and that my integrity, honesty and loyalty for the Company I get connected with cannot and will never be questioned nor challenged.
With my experience in Customer Service of seven years, I am confident that it gave me the necessary experience in honing my communication skills, right attitude towards work and the people I work with, through communicating written and verbal which is much essential in customer service relation.
