I am currently a full time housewife for almost 2 years now but prior to that I have worked for Concentrix (Call Center based in Cagayan de Oro, under Cisco Linksys) for 7 years as Team Captain. I used to manage and supervise 10 - 14 individuals. I also had a brief stint as a 2nd Level Customer support for Stream (Call Center based in Cebu, under XBOX support). I have experience in Technical, Customer support & Sales and will most welcome any additional training or knowledge that will come my way.
