I have worked in the call center industry for over 2 years which allowed me to develop excellent communication skills. I am able to speak the English language fluently and is also able to understand most of the American dialects.
Before working in the call center industry, I majored in Multimedia such as graphic design, basic Java programming and Web development. I am also able to do basic and some advance troubleshooting for computer hardware and software as well as for LAN connection. Besides working as a technical support and customer service representative for one of the top satellite TV service provider in America, I have also experienced supervising and have done some teaching classes for new employees in their training.
