Profile Description

With over 3 years of experience as a Customer Service/Sales Associate, I offer expert customer service duties/tasks including email handling, telephone handling, typing, and virtual assistant. I have worked with Marketing and Admin Department before and we do sales and Accountings too, we use google sheets and excel for our products. We always do analysis meetings and strategic meetings to meet our consumer's wants and needs.
I can handle different kinds of customers and understand what they need and wanted to. I take pride in my work and always ensure that the finished product is presentable, and is of a high standard as I believe that the Customer is King.
