CSR Post:
I am currently working as a CSR in an international company with US based account. Primarily, my post requires me to handle customer's inquiry about the product or services they purchase, resolve their issue, update their account and even up sell them products. Assisting customers in a way that they could easily follow through instructions with smooth transition to knowing more about the products. Providing them best customer service experience and maintaining longer business for the company. Handling customers request for third party transfer be the secondary duty.
HR Document Controller Post:
I previously worked in Middle East as Human Resource Document Controller in marine services company where I am assigned in controlling the roster of documents, securing and keeping confidential information about the company are just some of my duties and responsibilities inclusions. Updating template, searching for records and filing them electronically and manually, encoding and even creating master list of employee in Excel File as back up. I also have some idea about programming using VB6.0 and access database.
